A well‑established and highly respected Central Ohio general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Healthcare Construction to join its growing team in Cleveland.

This is an opportunity to lead complex healthcare projects ranging from renovations within occupied facilities to large-scale additions and new construction. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and has a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts.
  • Lead owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor coordination efforts.
  • Oversee contract administration, change management, procurement, and project reporting.
  • Partner closely with field leadership to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively solving challenges.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements associated with healthcare environments.
  • Coordinate project activities to minimize disruptions within active healthcare facilities when applicable.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Healthcare construction experience required.
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, scheduling, cost controls, and contract administration.
  • Ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
