Department Senior Estimator

Compensation:Up to $165K+ Base Salary + Bonus + Vehicle Allowance + Full Benefits

My client is a fully integrated construction company with in-house electrical, mechanical, piping, steel, concrete, sheet metal, and specialty trade divisions, allowing projects to be executed with a level of collaboration most contractors cannot match.

This position will play a key role within the electrical preconstruction team, working closely with operations, project management, and executive leadership to help secure and deliver complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and mission‑critical projects throughout the region.

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and hard bid estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for electrical systems
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals
• Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Support contract negotiations and project turnover to operations
• Collaborate with project managers, field leadership, and clients throughout the preconstruction process
• Participate in scheduling and procurement planning
