Construction Intern | Summer

Join the NRP Group's Field Engineer Internship program for the Summer of 2027.

The internship is a 10‑week, paid program conducted from May 31 to August 6, 2027. Interns will work either on‑site as a Field Engineer or in‑office as an Estimating intern, gaining hands‑on experience across all phases of the multi‑family construction process.

• As a Field Engineer, supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day construction activities on assigned project sites.
• Assist with quality control, safety compliance, and progress reporting.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• When assigned as an Estimating intern, support pre‑construction activities, including cost analysis, bid preparation, and value engineering.
• Participate in Lunch & Learn sessions, professional development workshops, and networking events.

• Current undergraduate student in Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Anticipated degree conferral by June 2029.
• Must be available for 40 hours per week during the internship period (May
  31–Aug6,2027).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or hold legal right to work; visa sponsorship is not available.
