Project Architect

Lead Project Scheduler

Full‑time

Location:

Columbus, Ohio;
Cleveland, Ohio; or St. Louis, Missouri. If located in Ohio, travel to St. Louis once a month is expected.

We are looking for a diligent Lead Project Scheduler to join our team. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure the accurate planning and timely execution of all construction stages.

• Support project management team for self‑performed and subcontractor scopes of work.
• Create high‑level master schedules for projects of varying size and complexity.
• Work independently or with a project team to develop schedules ranging from summary level to detailed activity/resource loaded.
• Coordinate with operations, clients, designers, and trade partners to build master schedules and provide critical schedule analysis and adjustments.
• Ensure project schedules comply with contract requirements and specifications.
• Participate in estimating and project meetings, providing scheduling input, recommendations, and value‑engineering advice.
• Prepare and present project schedules and narratives to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA).

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or business administration (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years of project scheduling experience, preferably in heavy civil and heavy industrial construction.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and/or Primavera P6.
• Experience with critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and teamwork abilities.
