Skills:

Strong computer skills including Excel Analytical, detail-minded, team oriented and a good communicator (internal and external customers) Experience in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Accounting or related field of study, preferred Ability to read bid sets, architectural plans as well as construct cost estimates preferred Experience conducting bid analysis a plus A visual learner with strong organizational skills Self-motivated to be able to multi-task and meet deadlines A problem solver who can take ownership of projects Experience working in a construction related capacity a real plus The schedule of this position will be Monday
