Stevens Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced Construction Project Administrator to join our Cleveland Operations Team. This role serves as a key project coordination and administrative support resource for Project Managers and construction project teams, supporting day-to-day project operations, including project documentation, union payroll, RFIs, submittals, change orders, reporting, and administrative coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide project coordination and administrative support for the Project Managers and Project Team.
- Track and coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and related follow-up.
- Set up and maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy project files, documentation, logs, and records.
- Assist in the preparation of the weekly union payroll and related project reporting.
- Preparation of correspondence, presentations, documents, manuals, information packages and/or reports.
- Coordinate requests for project information and documentation among Project Managers, project teams, and other stakeholders as required.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the Project Team.
- Assist with special projects and other project-related responsibilities as needed.
- Order and maintain office/project-site supplies as needed.
- Previous project administration or project coordination experience within the construction industry preferred.
- Experience in construction project administration, project coordination, or supporting Project Managers and construction project teams.
- Familiarity with construction project coordination processes, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience with Viewpoint construction management software preferred; ability to learn the system required.
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and become familiar with “Viewpoint” construction management software.
