Designer III

A leading creative agency is hiring a Designer III to support their innovative design team in a hybrid work environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse branding, marketing, and presentation projects for our client.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategic and compelling visual concepts across various media.
• Lead the creation of impactful design solutions, including presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate on creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to communicate ideas effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Over five years of experience in senior-level graphic design roles.
• Proven strong conceptual design skills demonstrated through an advanced digital portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship management skills to interpret client visions and deliver impactful results.
