We're partnering with our client, a creative-driven organization, to find a talented Art Director IV. As a key creative leader, you will guide innovative projects and influence strategic vision across diverse campaigns.

Art Director IV Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives and brand identities.
• Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating creative ideation sessions and inspiring teams.
• Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Review and critique creative work, providing actionable feedback to enhance outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to understand and influence strategic goals.

Art Director IV

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A robust digital portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual and design skills.
• Over eight years of professional experience in art direction and design.
• Current knowledge of digital design trends and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Teams; familiarity with Adobe Workfront is a plus.
