Description The Cleveland Museum of Art is seeking to hire part-time temporary Visitor Service Associates to assist with our upcoming exhibitions, both at CMA and Transformer Station.

This position is customer-service oriented, and duties include processing ticket orders and museum memberships in person or by phone through a computerized ticketing system. This role welcomes customers as they enter the building, helps them navigate to their destination throughout the museum, and oversees their experience in exhibition spaces, ensuring visitors have an overall great experience at the CMA.

This is a fast-paced customer-service environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Computer proficiency and ticket-selling experience are desired. Work conditions may require standing for long periods of time. Part-time shifts are approximately 21–28 hours per week.

Part-time positions are available at $15.00/hour.

This position will also require occasional assignments at the Transformer Station, our off-site exhibition gallery, located at 1460 W 29th Street.

Seeking candidates with availability to work weekends and evenings shifts.
