Front Desk Agent
As a Front Desk Agent at Pyramid Global Hospitality, you will provide exceptional customer service, creating memorable first impressions and ensuring a smooth check‑in process for guests.
Responsibilities- Check guests in, verify credit, process special requests and ensure accurate guest information.
- Resolve problems and recover situations to “WOW” guests when issues arise.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs.
- Collaborate with hotel/resort staff, assisting other departments with necessary information.
- Maintain house bank, posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds according to procedures.
- Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong desire to make an impact on others.
- Outgoing, engaging personality.
- Computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Physical ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation: $15 per hour.
