Kimpton Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Register and check-in/check-out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner;
Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, providing complete and accurate information;
Handle mail and message services and maintain daily checkout/check-in tasks;
Open, secure, and balance daily shift bank including cash, checks, and credit card transactions;
Coordinate with other departments (Reservations, Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, Valet) as needed
