Job Description

Strive Global is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Experience Coordinator to support client relationships and ensure a seamless experience throughout every stage of engagement. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, helping coordinate communications, resolve inquiries, and maintain a high standard of service excellence.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating positive interactions that strengthen client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate client communications and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Assist with scheduling, account coordination, and service-related activities.
  • Track client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve processes.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Address concerns professionally and work toward effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
