Go Rentals is the preferred ground transportation partner for one of the most respected names in private aviation, and we're embedding a dedicated Relationship Manager directly within our partner's national operations center in Ohio. Responsibilities- Be Go Rentals' face inside the partnership — the trusted liaison between our national field network and our partner's Owner Services, Crew Logistics, and Flight Operations teams.
- Orchestrate real-time reservations for Owners, executives, and flight crews — including high-stakes, same-day requests where minutes matter.
- Curate VIP experiences: the right vehicle, prepped to preference, waiting before they even ask.
- Be the first call when something needs fixing — and the reason it gets solved fast.
- Drive the partnership forward, growing revenue and raising the service bar year over year.
- A relationship-builder with 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, premium guest services, aviation, or high-end ground transportation.
- Cool under pressure, sharp on the details, and energized by a room that never stops moving.
- A communicator who carries two premium brands with poise and discretion.
- Obsessed with anticipating needs before they surface.
