Customer Service Advisor
The Customer Service Advisor is a highly energetic, enthusiastic, disciplined, problem‑solving professional with excellent communication and computer skills. The role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
CompensationHourly base pay range: $15-$17 per hour.
Work Schedule2pm – 10:30pm, rotating weekends. Candidates must submit a resume.

- Handle inbound calls
- Answer questions regarding payments, refunds, and directions
- Provide support for customers accessing programs such as Referrals, LEED, and Group Account
- Use metrics to maintain company standards on talk time, wrap time, availability, and other performance measures
- Calmly defuse escalations from patients, visitors, and employees
- Handle intercom calls and provide assistance with access, badging, and directions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office suite
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within established guidelines
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a team
- Must stand and sit for long periods of time
- Normal visual range with or without correction
- Normal hearing with or without correction
- Ability to perform essential duties in accordance with PSI standards and procedures
