As the Customer Service Representative
, you will ensure external customer and internal peer satisfaction by providing efficient support relative to all aspects of order management. You will be a bridge between our company and its customers, ensuring the customer needs are met and encouraging long-term loyalty.
You will report to Sr. Supervisor, Customer Service and work a hybrid schedule based at the Cleveland, OH plant.
Key Responsibilities- Efficient and accurate input of customer orders sourcing to multiple fulfillment centers, including late order tracking.
- Update daily priority list, customer and product file maintenance.
- Work with Planning, Scheduling, Production and Shipping to ensure shipments and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with supervisor to help resolve issues and implement corrective action plans where needed.
- Build relationships with main partners for each assigned customer.
- 4-year degree preferred;
Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute. - 2 or more years of experience in a high volume, complex customer service environment required (non-retail or call center).
- Experience managing a high volume of order data daily with low error rate.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and responding to customer requests with enthusiasm and customer-focused professionalism.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, administrative, and follow-up abilities.
- Thrives in a team environment as well as completing tasks independently.
Base salary range $60,000 to $65,000 USD, with a potential annual bonus up to 4.5% of base salary.
