Position: Parking Service Advisor/$15 P/H/Cleveland Clinic

Job Details

Compensation: $15–$17 per hour.

Work schedule:

2 pm – 10:30 pm, rotating weekends.

Benefits: accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Eligibility depends on classification, length of employment, and hours worked; seasonal and temporary roles are excluded.

Summary

The Customer Service Advisor is a highly energetic, enthusiastic, disciplined problem‑solver with excellent communication and computer skills. Driven by ambition and a desire to learn, all advisors are cross‑trained in every function of the call center.

Essential Job Functions
  • Handle inbound calls.
  • Answer questions about various programs.
  • Process payments.
  • Problem‑solve and issue refunds.
  • Provide directions.
  • Support the Expectant Mothers Program, LEED Program, and Group Account Program.
  • Maintain metrics for talk time, wrap time, and availability as set by Performance Management.
  • Calmly defuse escalations from patients, visitors, and employees.
  • Handle intercom calls.
  • Assist with access, badging, and other inquiries.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Preferably in a call‑center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • High‑school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
Physical Demands and Working Environment
  • Ability to stand and sit for long periods.
  • Vision: normal visual range, with or without correction.
  • Hearing: normal audio range, with or without correction.
