Part‑time position starting at $12 per hour.

Shift schedule options:

• Saturday and Sunday 6:45a.m. – 2:00p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday 9:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday 2:00p.m. – 7:00p.m.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional judgment‑free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using an information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log their amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point‑of‑sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Capable of lifting up to 75lbs.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals during shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, or arms.
