An apartment complex is seeking a Leasing Assistant to assist with leasing of affordable housing property unit. This is a first shift opportunity working 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls, voicemails, emails, and follow-ups related to leasing inquiries, appointments, and general information
- Provide basic administrative support to help maintain organized leasing files, appointment tracking, and other routine tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
- Travel between locations when needed
- Work closely with on-site management to support leasing and customer service needs
