Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a reputable organization with a national client base. This full-time position is located in Cleveland, Ohio.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on assisting customers, resolving issues, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining client data. Previous insurance experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, documentation, and follow-ups
• Support sales-related communications, account updates, and client requests
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Update and manage accurate client records and reports
• Facilitate communication among clients, sales teams, operations, and management
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments
• Juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic office setting

• Experience in customer service, sales support, client relations, or office administration
• Excellent phone, email, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent in completing tasks
• Professional, reliable, and adept at customer interaction
• Prior experience in insurance, finance, or professional services is advantageous
• Preferably an Associate degree or equivalent practical experience

• Annual salary range of $40,000 to $50,000, based on experience
• Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
