The Cleveland Guardians are seeking a Client Service Specialist to serve as the front line for Season Ticket Members, delivering friendly, informed support and helping members understand and use their benefits. You will handle inquiries, educate members about benefits, and support renewal and upgrade opportunities to drive retention and revenue.
This role requires 1-2 years of customer service, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
