We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Customer Success search in the Cleveland, OH area.
Responsibilities- Engages with customers and builds relationships through phone, email, online chat, or in-person interactions, providing support and information on products and services.
- Gathers and inputs product orders, ensuring accuracy before finalizing sales orders.
- Manages order backlogs to prevent stock shortages and monitors customer forecasts.
- Addresses customer inquiries and concerns; escalates issues beyond the representative's expertise to the designated Sales Representative or relevant team members.
- Proven experience in customer service within the packaging industry, encompassing areas such as labels, printing, tapes, and films.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Proficient in computer skills, with a solid understanding of relevant software and technologies.
