The Guest Service Associate plays a key role in providing compassionate, attentive service that eases the anxiety of a patient and their family, creates memorable experiences for guests, and supports colleagues.
Compensation: hourly base $15–17 per hour plus daily cas tips.
Work Schedule:
AM shifts available.

Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients. Greet guests within five feet, using a professional and friendly demeanor and the guest’s last name.
- Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette, salutation of the day, and welcome guests to the location.
- Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed; opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms, and amenities of the facility and main attractions in the area; delivers requested messages, items, or guest amenities; shuttles guests to approved locations.
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival; issues claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys; consistently completes and maintains ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipt on the valet system.
- Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed; maintains accurate records on all key tags.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license for the state in which you will work.
- One month related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes.
- Ability to read and write standard English, comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and present information to guests, clients, and employees.
- Basic arithmetic skills: add and subtract three‑digit numbers and perform multiplication and division with tens and hundreds using U.S. monetary units.
- Understanding of 24‑hour and military time, rates applicable to time passed.
- Manual transmission operation and parallel parking are highly desirable.
- Job is fairly routine with specific directions; decisions made within operational instructions and departmental guidelines.
The role requires frequent talking and hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, running, walking, handling objects, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, and balancing. Lifting may involve up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, or up to 20 pounds constantly. The majority of work will be performed outdoors under all weather conditions. Travel up to 5% may be required.
