Towne Park LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our hospitality-focused call center. You will handle inbound calls, assist patients and guests, and help maintain a world-class standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience, solid verbal and written communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. Shifts are 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with rotating weekends; training may be day-shift.
