A Call Center Representative is needed to answer calls related to pick-ups and drop-offs, transfer calls to other departments, take messages for departments who are busy handling other callers. and enter the messages into a computer system. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service experience, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, must have an articulate and professional phone presence, and must be helpful and friendly. Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking is a plus.
