Towne Park is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will handle inbound calls, assist patients, visitors and guests, provide directions, take payments, and help resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
This role requires a minimum of 2 years in customer service, strong verbal and written communication, proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and reliable transportation. Work hours are 2:00PM–10:30PM with rotating weekends; training may occur on day shift.
