Role Overview

We are seeking a
Front Desk Coordinator
to join our team in Strongsville, OH. This full-time, on-site role is the first impression of VIO and plays a critical part in creating an exceptional guest experience.

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk, delivering warm and professional service, and supporting both guests and providers throughout the visit.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and create a polished, elevated arrival experience
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phones and respond to guest questions with professionalism and confidence
  • Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments as needed
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records
  • Assist with intake forms, consents, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate communication between guests, providers, and internal team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Support daily spa operations while upholding VIO service standards
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with scheduling software, calendars, and data entry
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Prior experience in med spa, wellness, medical, luxury retail, or hospitality preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
