Cleveland Canvass is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Cleveland.
If you're naturally good with people, enjoy having conversations, and prefer a role where every day involves meeting and interacting with different people, this could be a great fit.
You'll work directly with customers on behalf of the campaigns we represent, helping introduce campaigns, answer questions, build interest, and create a positive experience from the first conversation.
A typical day could include:
- Meeting and speaking with customers face-to-face
- Introducing current campaigns and explaining them clearly
- Answering questions and adapting conversations to different people
- Building rapport and creating positive customer interactions
- Supporting campaign and customer acquisition goals
- Working alongside your team and contributing to daily results
- Learning new campaigns as they are introduced
What can you expect from us?
- Paid training to help you get comfortable with the role
- W-2 employment with weekly base pay
- Performance-based earning opportunities
- Ongoing coaching and support
- A social, team-oriented working environment
- Practical experience in customer relations, communication, and campaign representation
- Opportunities to take on additional responsibility as you develop
Is this you?
You don't need years of experience, but you do need to be comfortable talking to people.
We're looking for someone who brings good energy, communicates naturally, shows up consistently, and is willing to learn. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, or another people-facing environment is useful.
Most importantly, we're interested in people who enjoy working with others and want to get better at what they do.
This is a full-time, on-site position in the Cleveland area.
