NÜIQ Wellness Lounge & Med Spa is looking for an exceptional Front Desk Associate to join our growing team.

• Create an exceptional first and last impression for every NÜIQ client
• Welcome, check in, and check out clients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Manage a busy appointment schedule while maximizing provider availability and maintaining an efficient client flow
• Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries with confidence and professionalism
• Become knowledgeable about NÜIQ services, treatments, memberships, products, promotions, and packages
• Educate clients on relevant services and membership opportunities while helping them navigate their overall NÜIQ experience
• Schedule and coordinate appointments accurately using Zenoti
• Process payments, memberships, packages, gift cards, retail purchases, and other point-of-sale transactions
• Support rebooking, client retention, membership growth, and retail initiatives
• Communicate closely with providers and the leadership team to keep each day running smoothly
• Maintain accurate client information and follow established operational procedures
• Keep the reception area, retail displays, and client-facing spaces polished, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
• Help identify and resolve scheduling or client-service issues before they become problems
• Support special events, promotions, launches, and other NÜIQ initiatives
• Consistently represent the NÜIQ brand with professionalism, discretion, positivity, and exceptional hospitality

Medical spa front desk experience is required.

• Has previous front desk experience in a medical spa, aesthetics practice, plastic surgery office, dermatology practice, or similar environment
• Has experience using Zenoti or comparable medical spa scheduling and point-of-sale software
• Is highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Is comfortable discussing services, products, memberships, and promotions with clients
• Has a natural hospitality mindset and genuinely enjoys taking care of people
• Can multitask and remain composed when the environment gets busy
• Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done
• Understands the importance of accuracy, follow-through, and accountability
• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with providers and leadership
• Presents themselves in a polished, professional manner
• Has a genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and the NÜIQ brand
• Is dependable and available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
