Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Orthodontist to join our founding clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape practice culture, cultivate patient relationships, and deliver exceptional care in a growth‑oriented, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and develop customized orthodontic treatment plans
- Provide comprehensive services including braces, aligners, retainers, and interceptive treatments
- Collaborate with pediatric dental teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Stay current with modern orthodontic techniques and technologies
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency
- Board‑eligible or board‑certified (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families
- Passion for patient‑centered, high‑quality care
- Interest in digital orthodontics (scanners, aligner systems, etc.)
