, a school-based mobile dental practice, is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Cleveland, OH and surrounding areas to help provide dental care to underserved children at their school.

Our innovative in‑school dental program offers something different than a traditional dental practice. With a workday that ends with the school day and no nights or weekends, our program is perfect for people looking for a diverse, flexible working environment—whether you’re a working parent or simply want to make a difference in dental care.

• Must hold an active RDH license
• 1+ years’ experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist
• Valid driver license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel to schools across counties
• Works well with both children and adults
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• SDF certification
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs

• Assist with oral health management of all patients—being a team player at all times
• Verify patient identity using name and date of birth before treatment; record initials on the medical chart
• Obtain oral health assessment of each patient (new, baseline, or follow‑up)
• Review medical history and other pertinent oral health information
• Provide oral hygiene services (dental prophylaxis, sealant application, fluoride application) per best practices
• Assist the dentist as directed
• Provide oral health education and individual counseling to each patient, including tooth brushing and flossing techniques
• Document all services on the patient’s chart
• Travel daily to and from school sites

• Evenings, weekends and summers off
• School‑day schedule (~6–7 hours, usually 8:00 AM–3:00 PM)
