Our busy dental office is looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer service-oriented, and skilled in managing the day-to-day operations of a dental office.

• Insurance billing
• Treatment planning
• Patient coordination
• Eagle Soft experience

• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, treatment plans, and scheduling.
• Handle insurance claims, billing, and collections with precision and efficiency.
• Coordinate patient treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records using Eagle Soft.
• Lead front office operations and ensure a seamless experience for both patients and staff.
• Provide patient coordination, answering questions, and offering support with a warm, professional demeanor.

• Background in dental office management.
• Experience with insurance claims.
• Proficient in Eagle Soft software.

• Competitive hourly pay of $24 - $32 per hour.

Mon, Tues, Thurs 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM;
Wed 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM; every other Sat 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM;
Friday off.
