Front Office Dental Assistant

We are seeking a Dental Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact in a fast-paced dental practice.

• welcoming patients
• managing check-in/out
• scheduling and confirming appointments
• handling patient inquiries
• verifying and maintaining records in Dentrix
• processing payments
• discussing financing options like Care Credit
• assisting with insurance documentation
• maintaining an organized reception area
• supporting clinical staff
• performing administrative tasks

• at least 2 years of dental front office experience, proficiency in scheduling, insurance management, and customer service skills.
• Experience with Dentrix and Care Credit is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and multitasking in a busy environment is essential.
