Associate Dentist Mentorship & Partnership

Compensation:
30% of net collections with NO lab fees paid by the associate.

Expected Earnings: $360,000+ annually.

Guaranteed Compensation: $15,000 per month for the first 90 days or 30% of net collections, whichever is greater.

This is a full-time opportunity featuring a 4-day work week and an established patient base, allowing a new associate to step into immediate production and earning potential.

Schedule:
Monday through Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The associate will perform a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Comprehensive exams

• Restorative dentistry

• Crowns and bridges

• Root canal therapy

• Extractions

• Removable prosthetics

• Implant restorations

• Clear aligner therapy, including Invisalign

Our philosophy is to support clinicians in providing comprehensive care while continually expanding their skill sets.

You'll practice with state-of-the-art technology
, including:

• CBCT imaging

• Digital radiography

• Intraoral digital scanning

• CEREC same-day dentistry

• Electronic patient records

• Modern digital workflows
