We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our friendly dental team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, and provide exceptional care and comfort to our patients.
Pay- $20 - $25 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & ScheduleSchedule will be discussed during the interview.
Requirements- License & Certification:
Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant - Years of Professional
Experience:
Experienced Dental assistant with 2+ years of practice
- At least 2 years of experience
Job Description- Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and equipment
- Assist the dentist during procedures, including restorative, surgical, and hygiene treatments
- Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols are followed
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Record patient medical histories and chart dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and operatories
- Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed
- Support front desk staff with scheduling and patient intake if needed
- $45 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
