Architectural Drafter Designer – Cleveland, OH.
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. Permanent position with benefits.
Responsibilities- Create and detail technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and coordinate with engineers, project management, and other team members.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical challenges before construction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication.
- High School Graduate, GED, vocational school, or higher-level education (Associate or Bachelor Degree is a plus).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit CAD; experience with CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective problem‑solving and communication.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates must pass a criminal background check and a 10‑panel drug screen.
