Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Design Professionals work under the direction of others on a variety of project related tasks including project planning, design, and coordination. Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions.
Responsibilities- Works with a project team and clients to understand the technical parameters required to execute the project.
- Drafts project timelines and construction documents for review and finalization.
- Researches, determines product feasibility, and proposes various design options and solutions.
- Performs research and evaluates new and innovative industry products.
- Assist with project management and administration.
- Perform other designated tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent experience.
- One to three years of experience in architectural design in a professional setting.
- Proficiency of AutoCAD or REVIT, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office, and other tools.
- Possess design creativity and solid technical knowledge.
- Ability to work under direction on all aspects of architectural projects.
