Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD and Sketch Up (Lumion rendering a plus, but easy to teach with previous skills)
- Thorough understanding of building design, material assemblies, and producing technically detailed construction documents
- Comprehensive understanding of building codes, standards and building structures with ability to apply regulations and standards to varying project typologies
- Skilled at communicating design direction with team members and clients
- Ability to assist in supporting architectural staff and guide project team
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience interfacing with clients and consultants
- Enjoys working as part of a small collaborative group in open office environment
- Ideal candidate for Project Architect position is currently licensed or actively working towards licensure with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- This is a full time role for an Project Architect at SA Group LLC
- Provide project support and/or potentially lead all design phases of a project
- Utilize design, drafting, modeling and rendering skills to produce presentation drawings and construction documentation
- Collaborate with consultants to deliver project requirements
- Independently attend client meetings and site visits
- Perform construction administration and documentation responsibilities
- Utilize critical thinking and design skills to provide architectural solutions to project requirements
- Some travel will be required
