Architectural Designer / Architect
Cleveland, Ohio engineering firm is seeking to hire an experienced Architectural Designer / Architect with AutoCAD and Revit CAD proficiency to create and detail technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
Requirements- Associate or Bachelor Degree in design or architectural related field.
- Strong understanding of architectural design with expertise in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit CAD to create accurate blueprints, ensure compliance with building codes, coordinate with engineers / project management through detailed documentation, problem-solving, and effective communication.
- Organized with attention to detail, proficiency in CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to refine designs, resolve technical challenges, identify and address potential design conflicts and issues before they arise during construction
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Verify that designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
