We are looking for a creative, passionate and energetic Architect to take on leadership roles on our commercial retail work. This individual would complete pre-design, programming, design, construction documentation, and construction administration tasks within general parameters set by Project or Program Manager in addition to supervising and mentoring other architectural project team members ensuring delegated tasks are performed.

The ideal candidate is resourceful and inquisitive, has a passion for great architecture, wants to help foster long-term client relationships through exemplary service, and believes that projects should be tailored to the client’s needs.

• Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent permitted for licensure.
• 5 or more years of professional experience
• Architectural registration, or pursuit of registration
• Developed knowledge of design and architectural design trends and applications, engineering, and construction documentation.
• Ability to communicate 3-dimensional site conditions and requirements in a 2-dimensional format.
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several variables.
• Skill in operating computers, email/calendar software, internet/intranet browsers, word processing, spreadsheets, database software, and various other software, hardware, and job-specific technology and equipment.
