Architectural Project Manager

A well-established architecture firm in the Cleveland area is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Architect to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of commercial architectural projects, work directly with established national clients, and play a key role in delivering large-scale retail and quick-service restaurant programs.

With a strong backlog of repeat business and long-standing client relationships, the firm offers the stability of a well-established organization while providing a clear path for professional growth and leadership.

• Lead architectural projects from initial planning through construction completion.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Review project documentation and ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
• Mentor junior architects and designers while helping develop the next generation of team members.
• Support national retail, commercial, and QSR rollout programs for established clients.

• 3–7 years of architectural project management experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
• Professional architectural background with strong coordination and leadership skills.
• Experience managing commercial or other non-residential projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated career progression and a stable professional history.
• Architecture license is not required.
