Hospitalist/Nocturnist Opportunity in Northeast Ohio!!
We are currently recruiting a physician who specializes in internal medicine for the purpose of providing full-time inpatient/hospitalist services to patients at the Hospital.
Our recruitment package would contain the following compensation and benefits:
- Term:
Twenty-Four (24) Months - Compensation Package: $225,000 annually (higher with experience)
- Quality Incentive Capped at $15,000
- Number of Days/Weekends: 12 hour shifts- 7p-7a (7 shifts biweekly)
- Personal/CME Days Negotiable based on a reduction of base salary
- Health Insurance Covered
- Disability Insurance $6,000 per year for documented expenses (taxable)
- Dues/Membership/CME Fees $5,000 per year for documented expenses
- Malpractice liability Covered by practice
- Pension Plan 401(k) with a 4% Match
- Sign on Bonus $15,000
- Education Assistance Negotiable based on need
