We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine) to join a growing outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-driven provider who is passionate about community health and caring for a diverse patient populations.
Qualifications- Current Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
- Experience in a FQHC or Community Health Center preferred
- Experience treating patients with addiction and behavioral health conditions highly preferred
- Comfortable working with medically underserved populations
- Strong commitment to community-based care
- Collaborative team player with excellent clinical judgment
- 10–12 patients per day
- Outpatient primary care setting
- Rotating coverage in same-day clinic
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-center position (no remote component)
