The School of Education and Counseling in the Levin College of Public Affairs and Education invites applications for part-time single term instructors to teach courses in our undergraduate and graduate programs.
This posting is to establish a pool of candidates from which to select part-time instructor candidates. Throughout the academic year, individuals may be contacted to discuss available positions on a semester-by-semester basis.
Service as a part-time instructor does not accrue tenure rights. Instructors serve by mutual agreement in each contract and are engaged to teach at the university's convenience.
A part-time instructor shall not have teaching responsibilities exceeding nine credit hours per semester, nor other responsibilities akin to full-time faculty.
Minimum Qualifications- Master’s degree in Education or related field. In rare cases, professional experience may be considered in lieu of a master’s degree.
