The Partnership Schools is a non-profit Catholic schools management organization that operates four urban Catholic schools on behalf of the Diocese of Cleveland; the network comprises a professional community of a dozen school leaders and nearly 100 teachers serving 1,000 students in urban Cleveland. St. Francis School seeks to provide a Catholic education of the highest quality to as many children as possible in our community.

SALARY: Range: $75,000 - $100,000.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- An uncompromising belief that all students can learn
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building & communication skills
- Track record of setting classroom expectations and driving achievement as a teacher, preferably in an urban classroom
- A growth mindset and a spirit of collaboration
- A strong, clear vision of excellence
- Outstanding community-building experience
- Ohio Principal’s certification/licensure
- Prior principal experience preferred
