Gymnastics Instructor

This is a high‑energy, hands‑on role at The Little Gym, where every shift feels like a workout, a performance, and a celebration rolled into one. Coaches lead action‑packed classes, unforgettable birthday parties, lively camps, and early learning programs that boost kids’ confidence, coordination, and social superpowers.

You won’t be sitting behind a desk — you’ll be on the floor, moving, laughing, and guiding children through games, skills, music, and structured lesson plans in a supportive, joy‑filled environment. Teamwork is everything here. A great coach brings positive energy, communicates clearly with families, and helps keep the gym clean, safe, and ready for nonstop fun.

Reliability, enthusiasm, and a can‑do attitude are must‑haves. • Introduce kids to the Serious Fun of play with a purpose, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Punctual, reliable, honest team member who loves to learn, is trainable and kind to everyone you meet.

• You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child. (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well)
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You Love hosting events, being silly, love a good party and don’t mind chasing toddlers.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do the work.

Compensation: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour
