Program Manager, K-12 and Workforce Pathways

Job Summary

Provides program management for the day-to-day execution of K-12 and workforce pathway programs, overseeing operations, logistics, and program timelines while ensuring compliance with Cleveland State University (CSU) policies and procedures. Coordinates with school districts, community partners, and internal stakeholders; tracks program milestones and outcomes; supports internships and camps; and prepares documentation and reports to support evaluation, accountability, and Director-level briefings. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferably in education, business administration, nonprofit management, project management, or a related field.

* Two (2) years of professional experience supporting or coordinating projects or programs, preferably in education, STEM, workforce development, or youth programming.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in education, business administration, nonprofit management, project management, or a related field.

* Experience in K-12 or STEM‑focused educational programming and partnering with urban school districts.

* Experience with procurement or budgeting processes in the public sector and supporting grant‑funded, multi‑organization initiatives.
