Culinary Instructor

Creativities Studio, founded by educator Emily Knauer with 17 years of teaching experience, offers interactive and engaging classes for children aged 1.5 to 14. The studio provides a variety of programs, including culinary courses, dance lessons, art classes, private tutoring, summer camps, and birthday parties. Serving locations across CT, FL, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, OH, SC, and TX, the team is comprised of skilled chefs, educators, dancers, and artists.

Each class is designed to be upbeat, inclusive, and inspiring, ensuring children learn joyfully and confidently.

We're seeking a culinary instructor for a half day cake decorating class in North Ridgeville, OH from July 13 - 17 from 1 - 4 PM.

If all goes well, we would also love to have this person teach classes for us this Fall 2026!

• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students.
• Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
• Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide a fun and creative environment.

• Must be able to commit to the entire week of July 13 - 17 from 1 - 4 PM.
• Must be comfortable instructing children in decorating cakes.
• While curriculum planning is not necessary, we require that the lead instructor purchase the ingredients for the recipe before class and bring them to class. Expense reimbursement are provided for the ingredients with receipts.

• Previous teaching experience required.
• Interest / experience in culinary arts or passion for cooking & baking.
• Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable.
• Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.
