• Design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate math lessons tailored to student needs.
• Build a classroom culture centered on high expectations, respect, and college readiness.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of teaching experience preferred, particularly in urban school settings.
• Valid Ohio teaching license, Substitute License, or active pursuit of licensure.
