Missions

The Commune of Gorges is located in the Department of Loire-Atlantique, on the Sèvre Nantaise, four kilometers northwest of Clisson and twenty kilometers southeast of Nantes. The commune has 5,211 inhabitants (according to the legal census of 2020) for a surface area of 1,576 hectares. (Including 600 ha of vineyards). It offers a pleasant living environment relying on its strengths in primary, secondary, professional, technological and higher education, transport infrastructures (railway station), cultural and sports facilities, health (health center), local shops and associative vitality.

The childcare center welcomes up to 160 children in after-school care, about 100 children in leisure activities and 450 children during the lunch break which is declared in Collective Minors' Care since January 1, 2026. You are motivated and want to join a dynamic and caring animation team, we are waiting for you!

Coordination of the animation team
• Setting up the activity schedule and daily tasks
• Management of educational material (preparation of orders, purchase of material…)
• Team management (listening, help, advice)
• Animation of preparation and balance meetings
• Reporting on his/her activity to the management by carrying out qualitative balance at each period
• Ensures the deputy direction of ALSH school holidays and lunch break

After-school care leisure activities
• Welcomes children and families
• Proposes and plans times of animation respecting the rhythms of the child in line with the educational and pedagogical project
• Participates in and animates the daily life of the structure (cleaning, arrangement, meals…)
• Supervises a group of children taking into account the needs of each and ensures the affective and physical safety of the children
• Keeps the list of children's presence up to date
• Reports on his/her activity with the writing of activity sheets, project…

Lunch break
• Management of the animation team
• Supervises and supervises the group constantly during the meal time and/or outside meal time
• Ensures the affective and physical safety of the children
• Manages the list of children's presence
• Follows and helps the children to acquire autonomy during the meal time
• Allow children access to adapted activity poles
• Respects hygiene rules
• Ensures the deputy direction of the lunch break
• Participation in service meetings and preparation for holidays
• Any other activity necessary for the proper functioning of the communal service

Art. L332-8 provision 2 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has been successful. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
