• Supporting the lead teacher in developing a positive and structured classroom environment that engages students and motivates them to succeed;
• Assuming responsibility for the academic progress of students with a high sense of urgency and ownership towards quantifiable results;
• Working with students in small groups and one-on-one settings;
• Fulfilling the school’s mission to educate the whole child, mind, body, and spirit;

• High school degree required;
• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
• At least one year of experience in childcare is preferred;
• Must pass a background check;
